This is an EZ knot, that replaces the albright knot, and has even proved to be more reliable, and much easier and faster to tie than the standard albright.  The critical part of this knot is when starting out, you must pass the smaller line through the loop of the larger one, and then make the wraps around both legs of the larger line, as shown in the first drawing below, failing to do this, the knot will slide off the loop, and fail, with very little effort, you should test the knot after tying, to make sure you went through the loop properly, with the smaller line you are making the knot with.

The knot is now tied like any other EZ knot, four or five wraps, around the tool, and then tucking the tag under the wraps, then pulling the knot off , and snugging it up, then cut your tags
