Drop lines are used when fishing multiple hooks, or running your weight below your bait, these are easy to attach to the line using the EZ Knot, you first tie a stop knot where you want the drop line to come from your main line, then just take your drop line and tie it to the main line,, like you would the float stop knot, tie it above your stop knot, pull it up tight against the main line then slide it down to the stop.  You can add as many drop lines as you wish.
